The estimate form may collect your name, email, phone, project city and ZIP code, property type, service interest, timing, priorities, contact preference, project description, and selected condition and access details. It also records limited first-visit attribution: source platform, campaign or post code supplied in the link, landing-page path, and a referrer URL with its query and fragment removed. Do not submit payment details, account passwords, government identifiers, medical information, or private documents.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, understand which business post or source led to the inquiry, identify a useful next conversation, communicate about a potential project, prevent form abuse, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold through this website.
Image handling
The public website form does not accept file uploads. Its endpoint rejects every uploaded file until a verified image re-encoding or malware-scanning control is available. If project photos would help after the initial review, Superior can arrange a separate sharing method. Do not send private documents or photographs of people who have not agreed to be included.
Form security and retention
The form uses session-based request validation, same-site checks, timing checks, a hidden abuse field, request-size and input limits, and basic rate controls. First-visit attribution is kept in session storage only long enough to carry it to the project form. No website can promise absolute security. Inquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, tax, security, or business-record purposes.
Third parties
Website hosting, email, security, or analytics providers may process limited technical information to operate the site. Analytics should not receive free-text inquiry content, addresses, or personal contact details.
